Refund Policy

At Yolo Jackets, we take great satisfaction in creating items with meticulous attention to detail and the best materials possible. Within 30 days of purchase, you can request a return or exchange at support@yolojackets.com. Within a day of receiving your request, we will analyze it and assist you with the refund or exchange procedure.

The articles must be unworn, in original packaging, with tags still on, and in original condition in order to be eligible for a return or exchange. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm the size chart before placing an order. There will be no refund or exchange offered if the jacket is ordered and delivered in accordance with the measurement chart.

We provide free delivery on all orders placed by customers, return postage is buyers’ responsibility.

After your return is received and examined, we’ll send you an email to let you know if your request for a refund is accepted. If it is, your refund will be processed, and within a specific period of time, a credit will be automatically issued to your credit card or the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Articles

Items that are worn, customized, or altered cannot be returned. For a return or exchange of an item, please contact us.

Once 30 days have passed since the purchase, exchanges or refunds are not accepted.

Please contact our Customer Support team to start the complaint process. Please include the following information:

Order number
Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
Complete delivery address
Contact telephone number
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

Check with your bank or credit card company first if you haven’t gotten your refund yet. The official posting of your money back may take some time. Please send us an email at support@yolojackets.com if you have followed all of the instructions above and you have still not received your refund.

Exchange Policy

Additionally, exchanges depend on availability. We will refund the full price of your item if we do not have the required size. You have a period of 30 days to email us your order number, the original package logo, a photograph of the product and a description of the fault. In case we find that it violates our rules, we will not proceed with the product.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, email us your cancellation request within 24 hours of placing your order. We will refund the full amount in case of cancellation within 24 hours.Moreover, if we get a request after 24 hours or if you made a cancellation request after 24 hours, the 25% amount will be deducted automatically from your total amount.Additionally, if you cancel your order at any point of shipping or even prior to delivery, 25 per cent of the total sum that you paid will be instantly deducted, along with the shipping charges.
